Department Information

The Family Studies Department or The Social Science and Humanities Department teaches "the science of smart living".

The courses in this department provide students with opportunities to apply their learning to real life experiences in Food Labs, Clothing Construction, Interior Design, Observing Children and Family Dynamics.

Family Studies courses are part of the Social Sciences and Humanities curriculum area.
