Department of Moderns

Department Information

We have six teachers in the Moderns Department. Our strength is people. Caring, conscientious and knowledgeable teachers who want to help their students to learn French, German, and Spanish to the best of their ability and to enjoy it.

Department Goals

We teach students to understand written French and spoken French. They also learn to speak and to write accurately as well as learn about the cultures of France, Spain, and Germany.

Tutoring Information

Tutoring occurs any morning or after school with the student's teacher. The department head will also supply tutoring to students of any teacher in the department before school or during lunch period.

Highlights

We have an amazing International Language Association. The moderns department is very active and involved with school life.
